Prayer of the Day
Almighty and ever-living God,
it is truly good and right for us to give you thanks for your kindness,
and to praise you day and night.
Grant that we may always hold fast to the faith that is able to save,
and, in proclaiming the healing name of Jesus,
allow us to triumph over every pain
of body, mind, and spirit,
and draw ever closer to you and to one another
by the working of the Holy Spirit.
To you, O Holy Triune God, be glory,
now, always, and forever.
Readings
Acts 5: 12-16
Psalm 92: 1-2, 4-5
John 14: 1-14
